Your current level of your unsecured debt will be skillfully negotiated for you. We estimate you will end up reducing your debt up to 40-60%.
We will set you up with an affordable month payment that is considerably less than your payment now and is determined between you and your counselor at US Credit Solutions. |

Upon enrollment, we will contact each of your creditors, send them a copy of your Limited Power of Attorney, and let them know that we are now representing you. Once you have accumulated the necessary funds in your settlement account, we will start negotiations to settle your debt. Once we have negotiated a settlement agreement, the funds will be dispersed from your settlement account, that you control, to the creditor and you are free and clear of that debt forever. We will continue to negotiate all your debts until you have eliminated all of your debt in the program within 12-36 months. |
